Everyone that is confused on how to use the Biomat, I will try to be more specific. When using the mat on high and getting Near Infrared, the body will over heat usually 3 degrees and the nervous system will make the sweat glands release persperation. As the sweat beads off the body it takes away heat stored in the body.

Note: a good way to know how many degrees your core is heated is to see how chilly you feel when you get off the mat after your session while soaking in sweat. If not that chilly, then the session probably wasn't done right. Usually people don't make it as a beginner to 3 degrees over normal body temperature. It is something that has to be worked at.

I want people to be aware that I do not recommend the Dr. Yu's protocol for everyone. This is the most common protocol people follow that I get the best feedback on. Many people have really severe lymphatic issues and cannot follow this protocol at first. Although I do recommend rebounding to everyone, some people need to SLOWLY remove whatever they are trying to get rid of in their body so that their body can eliminate it. Many people try to do this so fast that all they end up doing is stirring up waste that need to be where it is as it is not ready to be released so fast as the liver and gall bladder is already over taxed and probably their lymph nodes can't handle any more waste.
