Biomat Mini

The Biomat Mini is what I use for full spectrum sessions. Depending on if I want more far infrared or more conduction I use the Bottom mat on high or the to mat on high. I always turn the bottom mat on high and the top mat on high until my core is heated up 2 to 3 degrees and then I continue my session based on how I feel. Those that want more far infrared will keep the bottom mat on low and the top mini mat on high to keep their core raised. It takes longer to heat the core when the top mat is on high and the bottom is on the far infrared isolate.

If using the mini mat on top, I do not recommend the cloth as that blocks much of the conduction to keep the core temperature high.

This is very popular in my raw food co op where people need to heat their gut who are trying to build 3 to 5 lbs of aerobic bacteria in their gut. It is very hard to do this for most people.

The newest Biomat has the controller with the new look. The components in side the controller are the same.

The Biomat Mini specs:

The Biomat mini weighs about 8.2 pounds. It has 2.4 lbs of amethyst and 2.2 pounds of tourmaline. It is 19.68 inches by 33.46 by 1 inch thick. It goes to the same temperature as the Biomat Professional. For those using it for the probiotics protocol, this mat can't be tied to the stomach. The Biobelt is still a better choice. If anyone is interested and wants to experience the mini mat, this is the mat I recommend for doing full spectrum sessions. Having the Queen size and folding it over many people can have too much fluence and not so many people can handle that intensity. If really heating the core, with certain people I recommend a mini below and a mini above instead of the professional Biomat and mini Biomat combo.
