Listening to our customers:

It's a really good idea listen to my customers. I hear first hand what works and what doesn't. It seems that every one of my customers are hearing different protocols, different ways of using their Biomats and honestly, one person's instructions contradicts the next persons. Every time I hear a new way of using it I always ask who told them that and people never actually remember where they heard it. If I have to really guess it's not from doctors, not from therapists, not from friends. So who are these people that think they know it all and can give real advice to people that doesn't make any sense to me. I know the lymph system, I know what happens when there is too much oxgenation, I know what to do when there is too much itching when on the Biomat, I know what to do before and afterwards for the most part for most people. Most people are never asked their pH, what they oxygen level is in their blood, or most importantly what their voltage of their body is. How are you gonna have an intense session when your body is already at a low voltage and you need whatever calories for energy. They are already low energy to start with and they are told to jack the setting up high and stay in as long as they can. I am just tired of the bullshit.

There is so much ignorance when it comes to tweaking someone session time, what setting to put it on, if they should start out at first with full spectrum sessions or work their way up to it. So many people are in different health situations it makes it really tough unless people really know what to tell me. It's like ask me if its better to jump on the rebounder before or after going on the Biomat. It's questions like this that make me think twice about really helping someone. Everyone wants a quick answer and they don't have time to get real advice and get mad because I cna't give them a direct answer right on the fly.

Note: about listening to our customers.... we actually learned from real clinics who people fly in to for the 18 hour a day cleanse that pay around 3000 for 4 days and have staff monitor their entire time in the saunas. These are people in dire situations. We don't just listen to your problems and make you think we care and have a solution for you so you can buy a Biomat from us. We have real skills to make us competent to sell a Biomat and know how to help people before they get their Biomat and afterwards when issues might come up.

We want our customers to be aware that we know about the Biomat we sell and have experiences with it on many different levels and know first time users have no experience with the Biomat and will have frustrations tweaking their sessions for the first time.

I always get asked if the Biomat can help after people tell me what's wrong with them.

First, I am not a doctor nor a therapist. Seems that mostly people late at night wanna talk to me for 2 hours, tell me about everything that is going on in their lives. Most of these late night people feel obligated to buy a mat from me but this is not how I want to spend my time. I don't wanna earn your business by being a nice person listening to your personal problems. So, if you want to learn how to use the Biomat, keep it Biomat talk only.

If you want me to listen to you, keep in mind I am not a babysitter, not going to spend an hour on the phone listening to anything unrelated to Biomats. I am not a free information hotline. For help with protocols, that comes after you get the Biomat and make a commitment to me. I will help you size your Biomat and answer questions about the Biomat itself. I just will not spend an hour giving my advise and off you are buying it some older Biomat from someone on Craigslist.
