7 hours a day on the Biomat / 4 days: TOTAL OF 28 HOURS IN 4 DAYS.
Although this is less intense than the 18 hour a day session, this treatment is still too intense for most people. I cannot publish the protocols for the 7 hour series as I will be liable if the wrong person follows it.
