Biomat Pillow
The Biomat Pillow also has amethyst but it doesn't get heated. There is no carbon heating element in the pillow. The Biomat pillow keeps my head much cooler than a normal pillow. I also use a water proof cover for the pillow because when doing full spectrum sessions my head sweats and gets my normal pillow soaking wet. Plus, the Biomat pillow helps support my neck. The pillow is a little smaller than my normal queen size pillow so for people used to a large pillow, this is more like a standard size pillow. It's 12 inches by 19 inches. It's about 4 inches thick. It weighs about 6 pounds. It does come with a pillow case.
